Kirgiz-Kazak Horde

Short Universal Geography
The horde can be divided in four: the Inner, Little, Middle, and Big hordes. They range from the Caspian shore to Lakes Balkhash and Zaysan; from the Orenburg and Siberian fortified lines in the north to Kokand, Khiva, and Bukhara in the south.

The Inner, Little, and western part of the Middle hordes are under the jurisdiction of the Orenburg military governor. The eastern part of the Middle horder and the Big hordes are under the jurisdiction of the governor-general of Western Siberia. The allegiance of the Big horde is nominal. 

The number of Kirgiz subjects is approximately 1,500,000.
