At HONK! people wear their activism both on their instruments and on their clothes. They create a space where dissent is the norm. Often we cordon off activism into specific activist spaces. This activism spreads everywhere the performers travel since it is worn on the body (instead of held like a sign).
At HONK! activism mixes with music, festival, and fashion.
