Story of Self
I am a junior who was born and raised in New York City. While I have loved all aspects of my Harvard experience, the most meaningful to me have been those pertaining to my Christian faith. I am a member of the Asian American Christian Fellowship and have had the opportunity to lead my own Bible Study through the Harvard Radcliffe Christian Fellowship. These experiences have given me the energy to invest time and energy in other extracurriculars, which you can read about below!
Harvard Extracurriculars
Triple S Day (Students, Service & Socks) - Founder, Director
- Headed a 12-person team to plan a service day, during which 200+ students from 9 schools volunteered and distributed 10,000+ socks at 14 shelters
- Recruited sponsors including Shake Shack and Red Bull
- Coverage by ABC News, NBC, and Metro US
DEED Volunteering App
- Approached CEO to request and ultimately spearhead launch of app, which connects volunteers with nonprofits, in Boston
- Recruited and onboarded Boston nonprofits and DEED college ambassadors
First Year Social Committee - Co-Chair
- Led the 13 freshmen selected to work with the Freshman Dean's Office to plan events for the Class of 2020
MIR Investment Association - Associate
- Advise in managing a $20,000 investment fund and pitch stocks to be added to portfolio
