This is a text copy of the actual procedures document. I helped write this document the summer after my freshman year. We passed several drafts back and forth with Harvard's Office of General Counsel. If we want to make changes to our procedures, we have the freedom to do so, but we have to do it in the summer so that every case heard in an academic year is adjudicated according to consistent procedural standards. As a result, one of the jobs of summer interns in each year since the first has been to go through the procedures document and get any necessary changes approved.
