About this Scalar online book
The course methodology is centred around research as a form of leadership practice which is a concept developed by Manja Klemenčič. The chapters featured in this book are structured around story of self, story of us and story of now, inspired by the framework developed by Marshall Ganz of Harvard University “Public narrative, collective action, and power” (Ganz, Marshall (2011).
