This site is associated with the course website for Chinese History 270A/B, Introduction to Research in the History of Late Imperial China, taught at Harvard University. Access to portions of the site is provided as a courtesy to the field. To conform with FERPA requirements, certain pages are restricted to current students in the course. - Brief introductions to the documents and to the Qing communications system.
